9. Withdrawal of Service

Ludo Clash Royal may suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the application if you violate any of these Terms & Conditions or if we determine that your use of the application violates our policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Ludo Clash Royal, its directors, officers, or agents be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the application.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

12. Changes to Terms

Ludo Clash Royal reserves the right to make changes to these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the application following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
